Membership Application Procedures

1. Complete this application form, including your sponsors’ testimonials, and mail it to the KPYC Treasurer (see address below) along with your first year’s dues (see schedule at bottom). Your application will be reviewed and voted on at the next monthly meeting, which is usually held on the first Monday of each month.
2. Assuming your application is approved, you will immediately become a probationary member for the first month. You will be contacted by the Club’s Treasurer with the Board’s decision. As a probationary member, you will be afforded all the privileges enjoyed by regular members.
3. Purchase your share and you’re in. Following your probationary period, you’ll be required to purchase one share of stock in the KPYC. Upon the purchase of your share, or upon the implementation of your share purchase, you will be ready to become a regular member.

Share Value: $450.00 (Time payments of two and three months are available for share purchase.) The share value is refundable upon resignation from the KPYC, but the club’s bylaws state that you must wait for a new member to join the club before receiving your share value refund. Subsequently, there is a short waiting list for share value refunds.
